Currently I am building a blog about chocolate (something like: "everything you wanted to know about chocolates but did not know who to ask." The blog also deals with other peripheral issues that may be of interest to my friends and followers. I am basically a self-taught chocolatier (except I took a few concentrated seminars/workshops at the Callebaut Academy and with Euwald Notter, the famous Swiss Chocolates and Sugar Work Artist.
