Degree in Food Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás (2010) and Master in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2013). Is currently Professor at the Department of Food Engineering, Federal University of Rondônia. Has experience in the area of Science and Food Technology, with an emphasis on Food Engineering, working in the following areas: microbial enzyme activity, agroindustrial residues reuse, predictive microbiology and the development of processes and products.
