I like the responsibilities and do not support the routine thus I try to show a big adaptability and I question ceaselessly the existing to achieve my goals. It brought me after my engineer's formation to pass of the universe of the production, in that of the retail then in that of the conception & project management. All this with the continuous link of team management because it is for me a determining element in the wealth and the pluvalue of my job !
In parralel of my current job I have the pleasure to teach engineers the skills of team management at Polytech Lille - Engineering School for Biological Genius & Food processing industry.
