Oversee and support HMEA's Adult Family Care Program (AFC) which supports adults living with paid caregivers (including parents, with the exception of legally responsible relatives) who provide daily care and receive a tax-free stipend. In addition to AFC, HMEA's Family Support Programs also include the Home First Program for individuals that have ID/DD and complex medical issues and the Intensive Flexible Family Supports (IFFS) program which supports families of children with ID/DD who are in crisis.
