And I’m a believer that all trains that run on time are not the same.
Some trains reach its destination at the appointed hour by force of will, through the heroic efforts of a few dedicated souls overcoming the drag of layer upon layer of inertia riddled throughout the organization.
Great trains appear effortless. Arriving on time is the result of efficient processes developed and implemented by a trained, engaged and focused group of people as directed and coached by transparent leaders.
