I have been on the faculty in the College of Engineering since July 1985. My original department is Systems and Industrial Engineering where I still hold a professorial appointment. My research is in applying operations research models to system design problems. Most of the work has been applied in the design of ambulance and emergency service systems. I have worked with the following cities and towns in consulting/research arrangements:
