Due to my experience bridging the disciplines of: Product Management, Engineering, Strategy, and Market Management I've been asked to lead an effort to define Cross Brand Solutions, addressing unique market segments, and executing a more systematic approach across IBM.
This effort includes an evolution of IBM Design Thinking, taking on a full life-cycle view of the user experience the solution is focused on, as well as defining an Offering Management discipline inclusive of: Role Definition, Decision Rights, Collaboration across Disciplines, Artifacts based on Base Practices, and Measurements of Success.
