I oversee the processing of sputum samples for Mycobacterium tuberculosis identification using Microscopy method and cultivation of the sputum samples for identification of incriminating bacteria in diseased conditions.
I handled the preparation of diagnostic culture media for bacteria isolation and identification and also process samples for serological identification of bacteria and hormones in the bacteriology subsection of the microbiology Laboratory.
Also, I am a member of the laboratory safety committee and Continuing Medical Education committee for Medical Laboratory Scientists.
