Currently serving as a Regional Coordinator for districts implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports in Northwest Iowa. PBIS is an evidenced-based model that provides a systemic approach to preventing and improving problem behavior and creating a positive school climate. Responsibilities include managing and facilitating support, training and data collection for school teams and coaches within NWAEA.
