I plan, conduct, and manage user-centered research. At Fors Marsh Group, I lead the user experience (UX) team, manage social media research projects, and design qualitative and quantitative research protocols. My UX research includes low-, medium-, and high-fidelity studies with eye tracking, card-sorting studies, and experimental studies--examining the user experience of websites, surveys, and advertisements. I conduct studies in-house in our state-of-the-art laboratory, in the field, and remotely, with screen-share software.
