I conduct pharmacogenomic testing using qPCR methods. I regularly perform DNA extraction and quantification, as well as Single Nucleotide Polymorhpism (SNP) genotyping and Copy Number Variation (CNV) analysis. I am also responsible for accessioning samples, maintaining inventory, and calibrating our instruments.
