About
My career has been focused on the energy domain. During five years in management consulting, I worked for companies like LM Wind Power, Statoil, Danish Energy Association, Energinet.dk and the Danish Energy Regulatory Authority. In DONG Energy, I started using my experience from management consulting as a best practice consultant in Wind Power and then moved into DONG Energy's Group Management Secretariat. In parallel, I took on the role as head of Group Records Management and after six months, I took over the responsibility for Recruitment to optimize processes.
