I'm a cook with 4 years of experience in the kitchen area, with particular interest in the italian cuisine. i've worked in several kitchen enviorements, in some, almost by myself and in others up to 10 people in one kitchen. I've created small menus based on my knowledge and previous works and also have trained personal for the kitchen area and the Customer Service area. I'm currently studying Artisanal Bakery at the Venezuelan Gastronomy Estudies Institute IEGV
