About
Working as Moulding Project Engineer in Koito Europe Ltd (Tooling Moulding and Continues improvements), my main responsibility is Project management of (automotive TS16949 / QS9000 APQP) development and introduction of new product (design and development, validation of mould tooling, including machine, material and auxiliary equipment鈥檚).
Plan, direct and coordinate the process engineering operations of moulding department for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the provision of effective methods and strategies(KPI based).
Investigation of customer compliments through problem solving techniques (CAPA, PPS PDCA, DOE , 5 Whys, )
