My doctorate work is to understand genetics and epigenetics of complex traits. I am using GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Study) to identify common variates in common diseases such as obesity and hypertension. I am also using next-generation sequencing technologies to interrogate effects of heroin abuse on rat DNA methylome
