I was responsible for the Construction Management of many projects through the entire construction phase from the pre-construction meetings through closeout and the warranty period. I have experience as a Construction Administrator and Engineer Aide inspecting new construction and major repair projects while completing administrative duties. My administrative duties included conducting/facilitating meetings, preparing contract changes, reviewing schedules, reviewing and negotiating proposals, and interpreting shop drawings. I managed the budget, schedule and scope of projects.
