My career has been in management and management training since graduating from Queen’s University in 1981. I have worked for a range of national and local organisations as a manager or senior manager and am currently a joint owner/manager of a successful business since 1992.
I have combined my role as a lecturer in management with our successful retail outlet and found this is a perfect way to implement the practical aspects of his management training and also to continually develop my professional competence.
I have recruited and trained approximately fifty managers per year since 1993 from a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors. Previous corporate clients rang.
