Jing Pan is a Building Information Modeling (BIM) engineer in the Joint Construction Management (Beijing) Institute. She consults for several public project owners in providing solutions for information processing, transfer, and management in project delivery.
She is currently working on developing a constructability and clash detection tracking system for China State GRID R&D Center in Beijing, and preparing a standard to be used by the owner and GC in as-built model and other deliverable approvals.
At the mean time, she is developing a 6D BIM (FM) plan for the project owner focusing on data interoperability and integration based on the BIM service documents.
