• Conducted new product developments for further growth, forecast & tracking and go-to-market commercialization.
• Executed a number of sensory tests and consumer tests internally and externally to identify market environment and market needs.
• Launched over 30 different new products as a line manager by working in close collaboration with multi-functional teams from internal design-centre, technical team, legal department, procurement, research centre, IMC, finance departments, SCM and the factory.
