In my last role as department head for IT application services at Gigaset, I formed a high performing team and directed large re-platforming initiatives for CRM-, BI-, and Document and Web Content Management systems in order to considerably lower IT costs while at the same time improve service quality for our customers. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 Practitioner and have expert knowledge on IT service management.
