My leadership method has been to guide librarians and technologists to collaborate with faculty members on research-based media or technology projects to enhance student learning especially those involving primary resources and datasets. The group Collaboration for Enhanced Learning (CEL) supports evolving digital scholarship described at https://sites.google.com/a/colgate.edu/cel/. Its success led to the creation of the Digital Learning and Media Center.
