Currently, I am a Commercial Instructional Design Manager for Nationwide Academy. We support various learning initiatives that are critical to the growth of the company.
In my previous employment at DuPont Pioneer, I started as Production Education Manager for North America in 2012. This was a start-up department and I had a lot of fun building a team and a strategy for success. In 2014, I transitioned into the role of the Integrated Operations Global Education CoC (Center of Competency) lead. My goal was to provide employees with a venue to acquire business knowledge and to share best practices to drive standardization and foster continuous individual and organizational effectiveness.
