Site Masters is a specialist recruitment provider for the construction industry that has been supplying blue chip construction companies for over 25 years. They recruit and retain the best operatives from general laborers to site managers. Site Masters endeavors to supply local people for local jobs and has developed a bespoke computer system called MasterSystem that helps ensure workers are qualified, worksites are safe, and that legal compliance is maintained. MasterSystem also allows for quick response times and the ability to search for and contact candidates efficiently.

MasterSystem -TIME SHEET VALIDATION Our Time sheet Validation Process ensures only FULLY verified operatives, that have been ordered and booked to site can be paid. Only VALIDATED time sheets are submitted to our Accounts Department for payment and invoicing.
MasterSystem – LEGAL WORKFORCE We partner with the ‘Home Office Border & Immigration Agency’ to ensure the PREVENTION OF ILLEGAL WORKING in line with the ‘Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006’
