We are OJ Sports and we specialise in running after school sports classes for nursery and primary school children.
We are currently based in 20 schools in and around Inverness, and provide sporting fun to over 750 children on a weekly basis.
These classes consist of a wide range of activities, ranging from: Uni-hoc, First Shinty, Football, Basketball, Handball, Tag Rugby to Athletics and many more.
We also use activities like obstacle courses and throwing and catching games to improve the childrens' co-ordination, balance and fitness.
