"What inspires you?"​
This is always a question I get asked in an interview. I'm inspired by opportunities to make an impact, and I'm inspired by people who take intelligent risks.
I've been a part of several highly talented sales teams, and worked for some seriously inspirational companies. In these experiences, I've seen individual sales contributors truly make a difference for their clients and become the leaders of their business, climbing to occupy the VP and CXO suites.
Something baffles me about that: If sales people are known to have traits that lend to candidacy in executive leadership, and a successful sales experience is always a plus on a resume, then why is it that a co.
