I joined the Army(Communications Reserve) in 1972 and the Regular Force (ROTP-CMR) in 73. My current passions include cross country skiing and cycling. This summer I have a new Cervelo P3C Time Trial Bike and have been steadily improving my 15 km time to better that 23:40.

OK, so bicycling is a bit of a passion for me.....I rode 10.000 kms last year and am about 8000 kms this year with 4 months left in the year, though winter will slow me down.
