John Serocold joined ICMA as a Senior Director in January 2011.
He is responsible for ICMA鈥檚 work in the secondary market area, including the implementation of MiFID and the CSD Regulation, faster settlement for international securities and other European regulatory reform affecting the market.
From 2000, he covered a wide range of market, commercial and regulatory issues as a director at the London Investment Banking Association, then acted as a Managing Director at AFME, its successor, from 2009 - 10.
