My name is Johnathan T. and I am an Assistant Manager Trainee with an extensive history in Merchandising and Store Operations. I've advanced from the ground up as a Sales Associate to a Department Manager and then 5 years later directly to a Key Carrier (Manager on Duty) to where I am today, learning the fundamentals of management to soon become an Operations Assistant.
I've spent the past 15+ months setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Managing multiple priorities and changing plans has always been a normal part of my day. Being able to reassess and keep the focus on my top priorities is how I've been successful so far.
