For the last three years I struggled to find a durable strategy for a commodity product as LED tubes. Within my e-MBA thesis I realised an 8,2-graded solution which is in execution at the moment.
My I WILL ambition and commitment statement at RSM E-MBA: I WILLlead with aspiration to provide inspiration. Therefore I strive to WOW both in- as externally through leadership, a positive attitude, teamwork, commitment, empathy and authenticity.
I love to juggle between high level strategic discussions down to execution parts and be a valued partner for all through a Dutch hands-on mentality.
