In 1996, I founded one of the first internet job boards, with the intent of making it easier for employers to find candidates, and job seekers to find jobs. While technology has changed, my passion for optimizing the employer / candidate relationship hasn't.
Over the last 20 years, I've been at the forefront of many of the new technologies and candidate acquisition strategies to optimize the job search and recruiting processes:
