I am a Social Development Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Social Development from The University of Cape Town. My dissertation researched and developed a model for the introduction of a specialized Community Liaison Person into schools across the Western Cape. The aim of of which is to improve learner outcomes and the relationships between the school, the community, the family and the student and in doing so, uplift and improve community capabilities.
