My artwork includes a range of media; I enjoy exploring the potentials of pencil, watercolor, pastel and mixed media. The subjects or themes of my images often include natural elements, for in them there is true renewal. I am deeply interested in the healing aspects of art- making, and I use the process to explore, reflect and respond to place, experience, and emotion.

In my work I see individual or families who are exploring issues such as loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, abuse and trauma.
I draw on a wide variety of theories: Client-centered, Existential, and Jungian, combining them in a creative way.
