Last 9 years working as Senior Principal Support Engineer in BDE / COE (Center of Expertise).
My job consists of a second tier support level, Providing Support to Support Engineers on Severity 1 and specially complex issues.
I also work in several projects with development, such as testing new Releases, Writing and testing Generic Datafixes or giving training to Support Engineers.
