Costa Rican native, bilingual (Spanish-English) and a father of three lovely kids. I am a physician specialized in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology with a Masters in Medicine from the University of Melbourne, a MPH with an emphasis on health management from the University of Liverpool and a Master in health Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona.
