Responsible for leading and managing a team of 12 Inside Sales Account General Managers covering the State of Texas and the National Private and Parochial School business by establishing short and mid term work plans to achieve revenue growth across all of Pearson K-12 lines of business which include curriculum, assessment, educational platform and content delivery systems, product training, professional development and virtual learning. Participated in the building of the new Pearson North America Inside Sales organization by recruiting, hiring and training staff for the purpose of building careers.
