During my tenure, I designed the Family Centric Health Promotion Project from a community based participatory research and action project, the Diverse Racial Ethnic Groups And Nation Project (DREGAN). I directed the implementation of the premiere, culturally and linguistically appropriate, health promotion and prevention program at CLUES. I designed, developed, implemented and evaluated, in partnership with Hispanic Advocacy and Community Empowerment through Research (HACER), appropriate intervention strategies to promote wellness, healthy eating and active living.
