Having been in many positions in Actaris, I have had different experiences which gave me a global knowledge of the whole process, from production to market strategies.
Being responsible for the Marketing & Business Development area, my main challenge is to minimize the revenue fluctuation. For that we have started using a proactive sales approach in the Sanitary and Industries segments and, especially, implementing the ContaJusta, or Fair Bill, in the allocation market. The objective of this channel is to provide products and services to ensure long lasting customer loyalty.
