* Responsible for resolving issues related to student engagement and attendance on behalf of 44 School District of Philadelphia Schools.* Serves as facilitator who offers training and supportive services to all members of the school community to help improve student engagement and attendance. * Representative in Court involved in inter-agency collaborations between the School District, Family Court, and the Department of Human Services utilizing established intervention protocols designed to compel compliance with compulsory school attendance laws for families with students K - 3rd grades (DHS) and students 4th to 12th grades (Truancy Court).
