Develop, analyze and support software for CRM providers in voice and communication services. Code and maintain web applications and respond to program requests. Review and analyze code from a global perspective, including identifying errors, make determinations on enhancements, and coding standards. Lead and participate in consulting with end users while designing specifications and writing code for new and existing complex programs. Perform regression testing, UAT, and incremental testing. Provide a support role to applications. Analyze system requirements associated with design and it's feasibility including samples, screen designs, functional descriptions, software design, IO management.
