He studied Political Sciences, in the Social Sciences Faculty of the University of Buenos Aires. In 2007, he approved the Postgraduate Program on "Results and Impact Evaluation of Organizations and Public Programs" at the University of Litoral with fellowship of the Iberoamerican States Organization. He graduated from the Posgraduate "Executive Program on Tourism and Governmental Policies" at the Catholic University of Argentina.
