Naci, en la ciudad de higuey, y vine a San Pedro de Macoris a la edad de 6 a帽os, estudie en la escuela primaria Eduardo ma帽on en el Ing. Santa Fe, y luego en el Liceo Gaston F. Deligne, Unoversidad Central de Este y mas tarde en la Universidad del Caribe, donde me gradue de Abogado, carrera que estoy actualmente ejerciendo.
