Hi.. I鈥檓 Judel P. Tugade or 鈥滼o鈥� for short, I was born at Sandoy, Alaminos City Pangasinan, I鈥檓 18years old born on August 06,1993. I was the second child of Mr. and Mrs. Tugade. I grew up in Poblacion, Sta.Catalina Ilocos Sur. I have my Brother and Sister.
I am studying at the University of Northern Philippines, taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. My brother is studying at Divine Word College of Vigan taking Hotel and Restaurant Management course. My sister is studying at our town and she鈥檚 on 5th Grade.
