A little about me and how I got into the field of Credit-
I began in the credit business after selling real estate in South Carolina from 2005-2007. I was a better seller鈥檚 agent than I was a buyer鈥檚 agent. I helped investors unload properties and as a new agent that was how I made my book of business.
I always felt uncomfortable when I was told to have my buyers get a preapproval before going out to show a home. My credit was not the best I couldn鈥檛 finance a pen to save my life without a co-signer when I began in Real Estate and I just assumed that everyone that was looking for a home must be able to purchase right?
