I' m a professional with more than 9 years experience in Information Technology. I worked as Implementation Analyst over 3 years, Support Analyst for 2 years, Business Analyst and Product Owner for 1 year, System Analyst for 1 year and half. In the last of 6 months i've been working as Application Management Analyst and Sub-process Owner in a big project (Service Now) on Dell Technologies.
