Dr. Julie Felker is a faculty affiliate and senior consultant to the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan. In this role, she develops and delivers management education programs and provides technical assistance in developing countries, most recently in Algeria, Rwanda, and the former Soviet Republics of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. She has worked extensively with women micro-business owners in Rwanda, providing Organizational Management and HRM training through Goldman Sachs global initiative, 10,000 Women.
