I am a certified massage therapist who specializes in relieving stress and chronic pain. I have been a massage therapist for over 16 years. Many of my clients have both physical and emotional patterns of pain. My studies have included Myofacial release, trigger point therapy, and cranial sacral. When a client comes to see me they can expect me to integrate all the styles into a unique technique that will be specified to assist and facilitate the best outcome for that person.
