My name is Julio Cesar Garcia; I am an educator, professional musician, composer, and Doctoral student at Grand Canyon University. I hold a Master of Music in Education from University of Montana, and a Bachelor of Music in Education from University of Miami, Florida. In sixteen years as an educator, I have taught General Music, Band, Choir, Music Appreciation (online format), SFA Reading, and Wilson Reading; K-12 and Community College.
