From July 2007 to now, I am working for Advantest Ltd. as a Project Leader of the business group. This group invents and develops the world-class memory chip wafer inspection products. In Advantest, I have developed many successful global-design projects. Some of them are Memory Test Language Compiler, Hardware Simulator for V6000 Redundant Analysis System, Redundant Analysis Config Solution, including Config Parser & IDE.
