As ExactTarget needed to continually grow in 2012, it was clear that a multi-product strategy was essential for market domination and that simply "having multiple products" was not going to accomplish that. I was responsible for designing and executing a global Cross Channel sales effort for the 9th largest SaaS company and the world's most successful digital marketing company.
