Justin has served Arizona鈥檚 education system in many different capacities: as a teacher, administrator, coach, trainer, and consultant. Justin is entering his fifth year at the Center for Student Achievement and currently serves as the Director of Academic Services. He oversees the Quality Schools Program, a school improvement initiative, and has successfully helped schools improve their levels of student achievement. Most notably, a charter school in the border town of Nogales improved their school accountability grade label from a 鈥淒鈥� to a 鈥淏鈥� after working with Justin for one year.
